- Clothing you can move in, with access to the area being treated
- Supportive shoes
- Any brace, sling, walker, or crutches you were issued

Yes, for up to 30 consecutive calendar days, once our Doctor of Physical Therapy has completed your evaluation and plan of care. If your recovery needs longer than that, you will need an order from your doctor to continue. Some insurance plans also require a physician referral regardless, and we check that before your first visit.

Request an appointmentComfortable clothing you can move in, and something that gives access to the area being treated — shorts for knee or hip problems, a tank top or loose sleeves for shoulder and neck issues. Bring supportive shoes.
Your first visit is a full evaluation: history, strength and mobility testing, and functional screening, followed by an explanation of what we found and the start of treatment. You leave with a home program and a clear plan. Plan on about an hour.
