Cassie Fry founded Direct PT of Huntsville out of a calling to better serve the Huntsville community she has loved for more than 25 years. A licensed Physical Therapist Assistant since 2007, she brings nearly two decades of experience in physical therapy.

Her passion is helping people move better and regain confidence in their bodies through safe, effective care. Specializing in manual therapy for soft tissue and joint mobility, Cassie combines skill, empathy, and clear communication to guide patients toward lasting improvement.

She values creating a “Fitness Family” where everyone can grow stronger together.

Dr. Hsuan “Sean” Chen, PT, DPT

Dr. Sean Chen is a licensed physical therapist with more than ten years of experience in musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation. He has practiced in outpatient and home health settings across Orlando, Florida, and Houston, Texas, and previously served at Tzu Chi General Hospital.

Dr. Chen uses advanced techniques including visceral manipulation, craniosacral therapy, and movement-based rehabilitation. He is certified in the McKenzie Method and trained in Kinetic Control to provide precise, personalized care.

Antony “Tony” Delclos earned his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at Sam Houston State University, then became licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant through the PTA program at Lone Star College in Montgomery.

He is excited to work with patients toward their rehabilitation goals in an efficient, caring, and fun manner.

The physical therapist evaluates

Dr. Hsuan “Sean” Chen, PT, DPT performs your evaluation, sets the plan of care, and reviews your progress. PT, DPT means a Doctor of Physical Therapy — the licence that permits evaluation and diagnosis in Texas.

Physical therapist assistants treat

Cassie Fry, PTA, and Tony Delclos, PTA, deliver the hands-on treatment, coaching, and exercise progression under that plan. PTA is a state licence in its own right, with its own exam and continuing education.

The front desk runs the rest

Elisa, our front desk, verifies your benefits before your first visit, gives you a written cost estimate, keeps scheduling simple, and chases the insurance questions so you do not have to.

Florencia Chacon

Florencia completed her bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of El Salvador and earned her Physical Therapy Aide Certificate from Penn Foster Career School, advancing her skills as a PT Tech with a strong foundation in patient care and clinical support.

With over 15 years of experience in the field, Florencia is a steady, trusted presence within our therapy team. Her commitment to patient care shines through in the way she encourages controlled, confident movement and helps patients stay engaged throughout their sessions. She plays a vital role in keeping therapists and students organized, ensuring treatment plans stay on schedule and patient flow remains smooth and efficient.

Florencia's attention to detail, consistency, and calm leadership help create an environment where patients feel supported and therapists can deliver their best work. Her influence strengthens the rhythm of our clinic and supports the high-quality care we strive to provide every day.

Beyond her friendly manner, Elisa is a true problem-solver — tackling complex insurance issues and administrative challenges with determination and skill, and keeping things running smoothly.

Patients often compliment her genuine kindness and the extra mile she goes to make every visit stress-free.

Physical therapy evaluations and plans of care are provided by Dr. Hsuan “Sean” Chen, PT, DPT. Physical therapist assistants provide treatment under that plan of care. Our PT Tech supports patients under the direction of the clinical team and does not evaluate patients or set plans of care. Front desk staff do not provide treatment. More about how we work.

Direct PT of Huntsville accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and HMO plans, Blue Cross Medicare Advantage, Kelsey-Seybold, Cigna, Humana, Medicare and Medicare Supplement plans. UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage is accepted for out-of-network benefits only, and we see patients on any PPO plan with out-of-network benefits. Self-pay is available, and we can give you a superbill to submit to your insurance yourself. We verify your benefits before your first visit and give you a clear cost estimate up front — no surprise billing.
