Strength and Movement Recovery in Huntsville, TX
Pain resolving is not the same as being recovered. After an injury, an illness, or a long stretch of inactivity, tissue capacity is often still well below where it was, which is exactly why problems come back. This is structured, coached strength work for people who want their function back: lifting grandchildren, working a full shift, hiking, gardening, or simply getting off the floor without planning the route.
